Design Process

Initial Package

Step 1:  On Site Meeting. Get to know each other and discuss preferences, needs, and budget. For larger more complex projects, a topographic survey may be required

Step 2:  Schematic plan. I like to start with the general layout noting all hardscape features and rough planting bed locations.

Step 3:  Master Plan. Once we have a basic feel for the new space(s), we can then dive in the details of hardscape material, surface finishes/colors, specific accessory items and structures. I will also create a specific planting layout based on the climate, soil conditions and aesthetic preference.

Additional Phases

Step 4:  3D Renderings. These realistic images allow clients to see how different elements like plants, pathways, and structures will look together and view them from different angles.

Step 5:  Construction Details. To provide clear instructions and specifications for implementing the design. They ensure that materials are used correctly and that the overall vision is realized accurately.

Step 6:  Bid Acquisition. Meet with the appropriate contractors to discuss an installation of your dream garden spaces!
